Premium Onsite SWAP – The service response time is 8 hours. Within the response time, Brother will contact the customer to determine the fault condition. Brother will perform maintenance Onsite as a replacement for a new or equivalent device. The device may also be a corresponding repaired replacement device. The replacement device will be replaced to you within two (2) business days of Brother contacting you. Equipment replacement is carried out at the customer’s premises. Brother will take care of the deletion of the customer data contained in the defective device in accordance with security requirements, as well as the removal of the defective device. The service is valid for 48 months and includes all maintenance parts of the device (excluding consumables). The service needs to be registered within 60days from purchase. Countries: Sweden, Finland.
